Happenings.

Well, lots of stuff has happened since the last time I updated this, so I guess I've been slacking off quite a bit. To start with, we got our volunteer car! Yay! It was great while it lasted, it made things a lot easier, getting to and from Ruth's without having to be picked up/dropped off, and taking the kids out during the days, etc. However, it was only around for about 1 1/2 weeks, and then it got stolen! So that was a pretty big bummer. And it didn't have insurance on it yet, so we're pretty much out of luck, sigh. So that also ment that the weekend away at a game reserve we volunteers had been planning was also out of the question, but hopefully just postponed indefinetly, we won't give up yet :) But good news, we've moved into the new rental house! It's so much nicer, very open concept, with lots of windows and cupboard space, and a pool! The kids love the big backyard, and there's a playground right around the corner! I haven't ventured into the pool yet as it is freezing cold, but the kids love it and could go for hours! They are back in school now as their holidays have ended, so we are enjoying the few hours of quiet in the mornings. The weather has cooled a bit with the latest cold front, but spring weather should come in August, I'm quite excited! Well, I think that's all the major news...
